We usually look at fast food chains Burger King and McDonald’s as competitors, constantly at odds, right? Well, over in the UK, Burger King is making itself an ally!
Since restaurants are suffering due to the coronavirus, Burger King tweeted out a plea headlined, “Order From McDonald’s.”
It‘a acknowledging that all of their competitors need help, and that a lot of establishments are unable to pay their employees. So that patronizing anywhere, is a good thing.
I never thought I’d read that headline, and it’s nice to know something that’s dividing a lot of us also has the potential to bring us together. So thank you Dan!
