Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, swears by "quiet lunches" and "night recaps" with her husband, Prince Harry.

The With Love, Meghan host recently spoke with People about little things she and her partner do to keep their marriage, family life, and careers balanced.

"I think all parents in this phase with kids the same age know it’s rinse and repeat,” she shared of the pair's children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.

In addition to having lunch together each day, Meghan and Harry enjoy a drink in each other's company each evening and recap the day's events.

They also enjoy binging "Shrinking; we just finished Black Doves, and we’re excited for the new season of The White Lotus," when there's time.

The beloved mother-of-two released her new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, earlier this month, launched her lifestyle brand "As Ever" in 2024, and created Archewell Productions with Harry in 2020. She revealed that her entrepreneurial side appeals to her husband as she was "scribbling away" on her lifestyle blog, "The Tig," when they first met.

"My husband met me when I had 'The Tig,' and I see this spark in his eye when he sees me doing the thing that I was doing when he first met me. It’s almost like a honeymoon period again because it’s exactly how it was in the beginning when he’d watch me scribbling away, writing newsletters, fine-tuning edits and just really being in the details of it. I think he loves watching as much as I love doing that creative process. It’s just been fun. This is who I’ve always been."

The couple enjoys individual tasks but do their best work as a team. The Duchess of Sussex revealed that she feels extremely confident in her ventures with her husband's support.

"I imagine that it’s the same as it would be for any couple. You have your individual jobs, but then you have things that you share together. We’ve been such a close team for so long that we’re just in it beat by beat with each other. And I love that. To be able to be a female founder and do that with my husband’s support means everything."
