"Schitt's Creek" Star Noah Reid Voiced Iconic 90's Cartoon

Everyone knows and loves Noah Reid for his role as David Rose’s fiancé, Patrick Brewer in 'Schitt’s Creek'. However, Noah Reid actually got his television start years ago on the animated TV series, Franklin.

Reid’s first role came in 1996 when he was just nine years old. According to IMDB, the actor had a part in Sandra Bullock’s ‘In Love and War.’Just a year later, Reid began a seven-year tenure voicing Franklin Turtle in the animated TV series. From 1997 to 2004, Reid voiced 41 episodes as the turtle. In 2001, he also voiced the main character in ‘Franklin’s Magic Christmas.’

‘Franklin’ is just one of the many shows we all grew up watching that was actually filmed in Canada.

But Reid didn’t stop there. During production on ‘Franklin,’ Reid also took on another voice acting gig as Screwy on ‘Rolie Polie Olie’ from 2001 to 2004.

Fast forward to 2017, Reid joined the ‘Schitt’s Creek’ cast, playing the part of David’s business partner turned romantic partner. The series is currently in its sixth and final season.
