My child has reached the age that hanging out with them sometimes is more fun than anyone else I could be with. Your children become your best friend if you do it right.
Pick your battles…don’t flip out about the little things.
Let them make mistakes…and let them fix them. They will use those skills later in life.

I always tell my girls that everyone she meets no matter how tall, boy, Girl, religion, race - they all have 2 things in common. They all have a good heart and a beautiful smile. All it takes is a friendly hello to see it.
Make as many friends as you can and be kind, stand up for what you believe in, and always try your best. You may not win at everything but at least try.
