Meghan Trainor stopped by Elvis Duran and the Morning Show to chat about her new single, "No Excuses," and opened up about canceling a strip of tour dates back in 2015 due to some serious health issues.
The Grammy award-winning singer thought for a short time that she might not be able to sing ever again due to vocal hemorrhaging.
To heal her throat and voice box, she had to go silent. The 24-year-old singer told us that it was hard to be alone with her thoughts after giving us talking completely for a little bit.
"I started meditating, which I'm so bad at."
Meghan went on to say that meditation apps on her phone saved her, particularly an app called Calm. Learning to meditate taught her to feel grateful and better deal with anxiety.
