I'm trying to get my summer body ready about 10 months earlier than usual, so I'm loading up on some daily cardio. My weapon of chose: THE STAIRMASTER! The key to success here is creating the ultimate 20-30 minute playlist that gets you in the mood to either speed away from someone chasing you or climbing up the highest mountain in the world.
