Drew Barrymore once made her ex sit down for drinks with her and the girl he was cheating on her with, and then drove him home and kicked him out of her car.
The Blended actress shared the spicy breakup story with special guest SZA during Monday's (January 13) episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, per Entertainment Weekly.
"I found out my ex-boyfriend was cheating on me. This was decades ago. I took all of his stuff in my house and I put it all in his car and then I rolled his car down his driveway and left it there and just walked away."
And that's not all she did. The standout continued, revealing that she proceeded with her revenge plan over drinks.
"Then I made the girl he was cheating on me with meet me for drinks with him sitting there. I was like, ‘You’re gonna sit here and you’re gonna listen to the two of us talk! So shut up and listen!’ And then I drove him home and I looked at him and I go, ‘Now get out.'"
Barrymore didn't drop any names, but she did reveal that she and her ex were both "young and stupid" at the time, and that she did "dumb things too." SZA thought Barrymore handled the situation perfectly and revealed how inspired she was by her actions.
"That wasn’t stupid. That was fire. I’m inspired. I’m deeply inspired."
The Charlie's Angels star is actually still friends with a few of her exes, as there was "so much she loved" about them that she wanted them to remain in her life. The "Kill Bill" songstress, on the other hand, refuses to let her exes back into her life no matter how much time passes.
“No it don’t. Time passes, baby. Time passes!”
