Did you know 11 different grocery stores are giving away free turkeys for Thanksgiving this year? While there is a catch—you have to spend a certain amount of money first to earn the free turkey—you'll likely be doing a ton of grocery shopping in the lead up to Thanksgiving, anyway. According to Offers.com, here are the 11 stores with free turkey deals:
Acme Market: Spend $300 or more (in a single transaction or over multiple transactions) between Friday, Oct. 16 through Thursday, Nov. 26. and get a FREE Signature Farms frozen turkey, weighing between 10 and 22-pounds, or a Signature Farms Turkey Breast weighing between 4 and 7-pounds at Acme Market.
Albertsons: Spend $100 – $149 in a single transaction and receive one FREE Honey Suckle White Frozen Turkey (up to 16-pounds) or spend $150 or more and receive a FREE Honey Suckle White Frozen turkey up to 24-pounds when you use your U® account at Albertsons from Nov. 4 through Nov. 17 at any store in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, New Mexico and South Dakota.
BJ’s Wholesale Clubs: From now until Nov. 25, a BJ’s member can purchase any four qualifying items at BJ’s Wholesale Clubs and receive a FREE fresh or frozen Butterball turkey. Members can use curbside pick up, pick up in-club or same-day delivery. There are over 150 qualifying products.
Fred Meyer:Spend $150 in one transaction at Fred Meyer and receive a FREE frozen 10-20-pound Kroger turkey
Giant: Again this year, you can count on using your Giant Food Stores CHOICE points to earn a FREE turkey. If you have accumulated 400 CHOICE points by Nov. 26, you have a variety of choices for using them. Redeem them for the Giant’s brand of frozen turkey, get $1 off any other fresh or frozen turkey, enjoy a Stouffer’s Party Size Entree or use them for a Tofurky plant-based roast and gravy.
