Diplo is officially a dad of three!
In a touching Mother's Day Instagram post on Sunday (May 10), the famed DJ revealed that he recently welcomed his third son.
"Thanks for giving me life and helping me create it - the three strongest mothers in the world.. I'm still a work in progress but u have given three perfect beautiful boys," Diplo captioned three photos that showed his mother, Barbara Jean Cox, his ex-girlfriend, Kathryn Lockhart, with their two sons — Lazer, 5, and Lockett, 9 — and the mother of his third child, Jevon King, a model and former Miss Universe contestant, with his newest addition. "I love you all til the moon and back."
The 41-year-old producer later shared more details about the arrival of his baby boy, Pace, on Monday (May 11), captioning a video of the newborn, "So I had an entire a** baby during quarantine."
"I was hesitant to post him because not only does he already had a better haircut than me.. But also because I havent met him yet since we are separated by a million miles and closed borders," he shared. "His name is Pace, he and his mommy are super healthy and happy and I'm going to meet them as soon as we turn a corner on this world shutdown."
Back in October, Jevon revealed that she was expecting her first child, though she kept the identity of her baby's father private. She announced Pace's arrival on Instagram on March 20 with a black-and-white graphic.
On Sunday, Mother's Day, the 30-year-old model shared the first full photos of the little one to social media, writing, "In the midst of all this chaos you’ve been my peace.............🦋💙 #myfirstmothersday #happymothersday #myson #myheartbeat #mylifeline." She later added, "To my son, As your mother I promise to, Love you, protect you, guide you, teach you, inspire you, provide for you and most importantly pray for you. Love Your Mom."
Diplo and Jevon had been linked together previously. However, Sunday marked the first time Diplo publicly confirmed that the two are parents to Pace.
