Lady Gaga might be staying in Las Vegas a little longer!
According to Las Vegas Review-Journal, Mother Monster could be extending her residency at Park Theater at Park MGM in Sin City. The Grammy-winning recording artist teased as much during Saturday night’s (December 28) “Enigma” show, during which she dazzled in a blue, sequined outfit for the evening.
In a fan-shot video recorded from the evening, Gaga can be seen at her piano, telling the crowd, “I’ll be here for another year. Two, probably.” It was also during that same performance that Mission Impossible actor Tom Cruise was spotted in the VIP section for the event.
As fans know, Gaga launched “Enigma” in December 2018 before unveiling her “Jazz + Piano” showcases the month after. With her original residency contract set to end on May 16 with her final “Jazz + Piano” concert, an extended year (or two) possibly means the “Born This Way” star will stick around in Vegas through 2021-2022.
The “Shallow” star will close out 2019 with two more shows, one slated for tonight (December 30) and on New Year’s Eve. Afterward, she’ll be scheduled to return to the Park Theater stage until April. While an extension has not yet been confirmed by the venue, this isn’t the only time the vocalist has hinted at the possibility of extending the experience.
During opening night on December 28, 2018, Gaga told the audience, “I’m sticking around here for two years, maybe three if I’m lucky.” Keep your claws crossed, Little Monsters!
