A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the untimely death of Mac Miller, as per E! News.
On Monday (September 23), a 36-year-old Lake Havasu City, Arizona man named Ryan Reavis, was arrested and charged in connection with the Pittsburgh rapper's September 2018 passing. Just a day after the arrest, authorities sent out a press release, stating that a Drug Enforcement Administration-led investigation into the star's death prompted officers (aided by the Federal Bureau of Investigation) to serve Reavis with a search warrant and found in his home prescription pills, a "usable amount of marijuana," drug paraphernalia, a 9mm pistol, two shotguns, a personally manufactured firearm suppressor, and large amounts of ammunition.
Earlier this month, federal prosecutors in Los Angeles charged a Hollywood Hills man in connection with Miller's death. According to the federal criminal complaint, Cameron James Pettit, 23, was arrested by special agents with the Drug Enforcement Administration's Fusion Task Force after he allegedly sold counterfeit pharmaceutical drugs that contained fentanyl to Miller, two days before the rapper's overdose. Pettit allegedly supplied Miler with counterfeit oxycodone pills containing fentanyl.
Last week, TMZ reported that the late rapper's estate filed new legal documents showing his wealth had been appraised in full at about $11.3 million. The total includes both his personal property and cash on hand, which will be dived amongst his family and friends. The outlet reported that a few of Mac's friends "are going to get a vast majority of his belongings," including lots of jewelry, while his mom, dad and brother "will get the rest."
