Let Cher be your inspiration to hit the gym today. During an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show, the 72-year-old artist revealed the secret to her incredibly toned booty. When Ellen straight up asked which "butt exercises" she does to stay in shape, Cher revealed she has a few different go-to's. "Well, I have a number of them," she said with a laugh. Her favorite is the "fire hydrant," which works your core and your booty at the same time. "So you get down on all fours and you put your leg up and you make an L with your leg and you do it up like that,” Cher said. “Three sets of 25.”
Her fire hydrant move isn't the only thing Cher does in the gym. She told Ellen she also loves “old-fashioned” moves like squats. "And I have to confess, I do Zumba,” she said. The best part? Cher does this all at home. She pops in a tape - yes, Cher uses a VHS tape to exercise - and does the workout.
If you really want some motivation to get fit, Cher can also hold a plank for five minutes. She did it once, but she said she will "never do it again." Fair! Though she won't be planking for five minutes at a time again, she revealed she can hold one for two minutes "without breaking a sweat." Again, Cher is 72!
