Did you miss me?
I know I missed The Morning Show and everyone there during winter break! Even though break was only two weeks, I was starting to have separation anxiety from Jake, Yaritza, and Brody...they think I'm crazy, but I really did miss them! Anyway, I am so excited and lucky to be back for the spring semester. I had such a fun time and learned more than I could have ever imagined this past fall.
Not much has changed other than the fact that I started my LAST SEMESTER EVER at Rutgers University. It feels like just yesterday I was a freshman and here I am, a second semester senior. I swear if I went back in time and told freshman year Deanna that I would be at this internship, I would have laughed and not believed it. I also turned 22 on January 22 so obviously it called for a photoshoot and listening to 22 by Taylor Swift 22 times. 22 is my lucky number so I think it's going to be a good year (even though I am going to be emotional about graduating for half the time).
Here are my top 3 highlights from my first 3 weeks back at Elvis Duran and the Morning Show!
1. Meeting CAMILA CABELLO! (AHHHH) She was such a sweetheart and her new album is amazing! Seriously. Go listen to it.
2. Witnessing 2/4 members of FALL OUT BOY pull their pants down in the studio in front of me and the rest of the morning show crew! Never thought those words would come out of my mouth.
3. TROYE SIVAN wishing me a happy birthday in studio. Nicest guy ever.
I can't wait for another semester of memories and learning experiences.
