Jack Antonoff's Acoustic "Don't Take The Money" Performance Shook Us

Bleachers lead singer and songwriter Jack Antonoff stopped by to play us an incredible in-studio acoustic version of his single "Don't Take The Money."

The lifelong Elvis Duran and the Morning Show fan couldn't leave before introducing us to his Dad, Rick, who is definitely Elvis Duran's doppelgänger.

Jack, who first made headlines as the lead guitarist for the Grammy award-winning band Fun, opened up about what it's like to write music for Bleachers, his stage-name, and personal band. The NJ native told us that he walks around his Brooklyn neighborhood, thinking about his music and the lyrics, imagining how people would like it.

"I've been reading a lot of about death and loss recently," he said about some of the darker lyrics on his latest Bleachers album.

In his spare time, Jack has co-written albums with the likes of Taylor Swift and Lorde, just to name a couple. NBD.

Check out Bleachers' latest album, Gone Now, available on iTunes and check out his in-studio performance below.
