Chris Martin gave a touching tribute to the late Chester Bennington.
The Coldplay frontman strayed from the group's normal set list at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ to honor Linkin Park's frontman. Chester Bennington was found dead in his Los Angeles home on July 20th.
Martin sat down at the piano to perform his own rendition of Linkin Park's 'Crawling' and restarted the song a few seconds in to make sure he was doing the tribute right. The cover ended up being incredibly beautiful.
Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda, who was in the audience, shared the emotionally charged moment on Instagram.
