Pink Is Getting Her Star On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame

Pink will receive her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this week.

The decorated pop singer-songwriter is set to get the famous five-pointed recognition on Saturday (February 5), per an announcement from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. The celebration, in which honorary performers who have excelled in the entertainment industry throughout their career are bestowed the permanent monument, will transpire at the Hollywood and Highland Complex at 6801 Hollywood Boulevard.

Ellen DeGeneres and Kerri Kenney-Silver will do the honors of presenting the three-time Grammy Award winner with the star at the event, to be hosted by Hollywood Chamber of Commerce president and CEO Rana Ghadban.

"We are thrilled to honor one of the world’s most popular entertainers, Pink!” Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez said in a statement. “She is a unique performer who leaves you in a state of joy and surprise at the same time. She mesmerizes the audience with her voice and her action-packed performances! Fans worldwide will join us in droves in Hollywood to see her honored on her special Walk of Fame day.”

In addition to her forthcoming Walk of Fame recognition, Pink also earned a nomination at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards for Best Cover Song for her interpretation of "A Million Dreams" from The Greatest Showman: Reimagined soundtrack, which features the vocalist's daughter, Willow Sage Hart. Fans can vote via Twitter using the appropriate category and nominee hashtags, or by visiting iHeartRadio.com/awards through March 7 (March 13 for Best Cover Song).
