Paul McCartney Announces 2018 Tour Dates

Paul McCartney has announced his first few tour dates of 2018.

The upcoming performances will come in support of the former Beatle's new solo album Egypt Station, his first album since 2013's New.

McCartney will perform four shows in Canada from mid to late-September, then make a previously-announced appearance at Austin City Limits in Texas in October.

It's likely more dates will be announced soon. McCartney said in June that he hopes to be able to ramp up the cycle in support of the new album with some smaller concerts, like the surprise one he recently played at a pub in Liverpool for the Late Late Show with James Corden.
