Teacher Kristina Ulmer tragically lost one of the most precious people in her life, her sister. Not long after she found her wallet with money in it, and knew she had to do something wonderful with it in her sister's name!
SO Kristina saved up her own money to add to the fund for a while, which grew to $420, until her great idea hit her!
Right before their winter break, she tearfully told her students of last semester the story about her late sister and the wallet. Then, and handed each of them $20.
The $20 was theirs to keep- the only catch was, they needed to do something good with it. Something for others.
